JANUS Research Group is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist in support of the NAWCAD WOLF IC2&IS division to perform tasks in support of assigned Distance Learning and Knowledge Management related technologies and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to computer users.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
• May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Required Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Security Clearance: Secret
